Cancellation Policy

Regular business hours for general service calls are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Standard service calls are $100 and payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. After-hours appointments require an emergency service call fee of $199. After-hours availability is limited and subject to scheduling availability. Service appointments are available within 20 miles of Freeport. Please ensure someone 18 years or older is present during the appointment window. Service call fees are non-refundable once the appointment has been scheduled. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appliance repairs include a 60-day warranty on labor provided by South Walton AC & Appliance. Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, pre-existing conditions outside the completed repair, or manufacturer defects. By booking this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms and policies.
